Return & Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Made-to-Order
Every item is printed just for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind orders.

If There's a Problem with Your Order: We'll Fix it.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order # and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you (you typically won’t need to send it back).

Lost in Transit
If your package seems lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll reprint and reship.

Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
When tracking shows “Delivered,” our manufacturing and shipping partner, Printful, can’t verify non-receipt and can’t cover a free reship or refund. We’ll help you check with the local carrier and, if needed, work with you to order a replacement.

Wrong or incomplete address.
If your address has a mistake, we can correct it before the order ships. If it’s returned to sender, we can reship once you provide the corrected address — reshipping costs apply.

How to report an issue (within 30 days):

  1. Email contact@bonzo.finance with subject “Order Issue – #[order number]”

  2. Include a description and photos showing the entire item and the problem.

Where to send returns (if we ask for one):

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns go to our print partner’s facility; we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
